Week Two

Alright, so Mike Bachrodt reviewed the tablet training with me during my tech. duty time, to not only ensure I knew the different portions, but also how to record when I trained different teachers, so that we all were on the same page, literally (the log). I did field some questions about "break downs", web page updating, and such. Finally, I spent 45 minutes creating a hand made (high tech, eh?) poster on Tablet Training to hang in my department as a simple reminder and clarifier for the tablet use. It's cool. I can't believe it took me 45 minutes to cut, paste, color, draw, write, design.....but it works.SmileyCentral.com

It is going to be very interesting to see how busy we get in the TLC! I am hopeful teachers will come down in small groups so they can share ideas. Please be sure to let me know how blitzed you get by tablet training questions on your non-duty time!

As you know, I am proud of your poster! I do believe teachers will use it. Putting it by the printer in your office was a great idea. Sometimes the simpler forms of communication get the most attention.

Your smiley pictures are a nice touch! I'll ask you share the nuts and bolts of how you added them at our first meeting later this month. I think this will help the other Tech Coaches get back into blogging!

Hmm...

I noticed the times I post comments and even blog posts are two hours behind when I actually make a post. Must be a setting somewhere...
